How much notice do you need for a custom order?
We recommend placing bespoke orders at least 1–2 weeks in advance. For larger events or complex designs, 3–4 weeks’ notice helps us ensure perfection and availability.
Can I request a flavour not listed on your menu?
Absolutely! We’re happy to discuss custom flavour combinations. If we can source the ingredients, we’ll do our best to create your dream dessert just how you imagine it.
Are your treats allergy-friendly?
We offer vegan and nut-free options, but please note that all items are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens. Contact us directly to discuss specific requirements.
Do you have a minimum order for cupcakes or cookies?
Yes—cupcakes have a minimum order of 6 per flavour, and cookies start at a minimum of 6 as well. Custom trays may have different minimums depending on size.
How do I store my treats once received?
Cakes and cupcakes are best kept refrigerated and brought to room temp before serving. Cookies and brownies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
